Cosmal Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1990. It is a sister company of Ting Yuan Plastic Industry which was founded in Taiwan back in year 1970.

We have more than 30 years of manufacturing plastic reel/ bobbin experience. We are well equipped with the most advanced fully automatic production machines which enable us to produce high quality products. Up to the present, our product quality has been well accepted by the local and international wire manufacturers making us among the most reputable and trustworthy companies in the market.

Besides being a leading bobbin manufacturer in South East Asia, we are also an original equipment manufacturers (OEM) across multiple industries. Today, we have produced over 200 types of plastic products for automotive industry, furniture industry, industrial packaging, oil and gas industry, semiconductor industry, electronics and electrical industry and multipurpose household products. We are eager in producing new products that exceed the expectation and requirement of our clients. Most of our products are exported to USA, Australia, Germany, Japan, Korea, China, Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries.


We always passionate to design new mould and happy to be able to solve our client’s plastic and mould related problem. We have experience in producing variety of plastic molds which includes vertical mold, insert mold and family mold. We use various type of plastic materials, master batches, color pigments and surface finishes to enhance the function and appearance of the product.

Besides, we also offer secondary manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, silk screen printing, labeling, packaging, parts assembling, ultrasonic welding, strength analysis, in mold labelling etc.

In year 2020, we are pleased to extend one of our product line as we have been appointed as one of the High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) distributor for plastic resin in South East Asia.
